POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Conference Planning Committee decided to postpone the Conference until the fall of 2020.
The final decision as to what the new date for the conference will be, along with the decision about what form this year’s Conference will take – whether it will be live, streamed or both live and streamed – will not be made until early this summer, when we will hopefully have a better idea of what the safest approach will be.
But one way or another, please be assured that the Conference will take place – and that it will be just as exciting and relevant as it always is!
And in the meantime, since you won’t be able to come to the Fair Housing and Civil Rights Conference just yet, we’re going to start things out by bringing a bit of the Conference to you.
Starting next month, we will begin streaming some special FHCR workshops to you through the Conference website. These workshops will seek to take a look at how some of the hard questions of equity and human rights that we deal with every day are being affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
We will be getting back to you shortly on the Conference website (fhcrconference.com) and by email with more details about these special FHCR Conference workshops and how to access them.
Be well and stay strong.
